Definitely worth the $5 or $10 bucks. My factory warranty expired on my vacuum sealer and of course almost immediately after it started having problems. Luckily I purchased the warranty. I called in the claim and they asked me the usual questions you would expect and with no hassle at all they issued me a credit for the full amount I paid when new! So I ordered a new sealer (different one) and am happier with the new one so I guess everything happens for a reason.

It’s insurance that covers NOTHING. My Ninja blender carafe cracked the first time I used it. They said “oh, we don’t cover THAT. We meant if lightening strikes it while you are blending, in the nude, on Thursday.” Hahahaha Seriously, it’s not worth the money to get this policy. Just be prepared to replace the blender. It’s cheaper and not nearly as disappointing .

Answer: Yes, there??s a small guide telling the various settings for different a variety of things you can use this cooker for.

Is the inner pot stainless steel?
Answer: No, it’s a lightweight aluminum pot with a teflon coating. I’ve used it weekly for oatmeal for a couple of years. While I’ve been very careful to use only rubber or wooden spoons, so far the coating is holding up well. I just used it today and it continues to function like new.
