Has anyone used it like a crock pot – to cook something like beans or stew slow and low all day unattended?

The “soup” setting is akin to the “slow” or “low” setting on other slow cookers. VitaClay, however, cooks faster than other slow cookers and it is rarely necessary to cook anyth??

Do you need to heat the milk first to make yogurt? The previous answers were mixed on that question.
