Definitely worth the $5 or $10 bucks. My factory warranty expired on my vacuum sealer and of course almost immediately after it started having problems. Luckily I purchased the warranty. I called in the claim and they asked me the usual questions you would expect and with no hassle at all they issued me a credit for the full amount I paid when new! So I ordered a new sealer (different one) and am happier with the new one so I guess everything happens for a reason.

It’s insurance that covers NOTHING. My Ninja blender carafe cracked the first time I used it. They said “oh, we don’t cover THAT. We meant if lightening strikes it while you are blending, in the nude, on Thursday.” Hahahaha Seriously, it’s not worth the money to get this policy. Just be prepared to replace the blender. It’s cheaper and not nearly as disappointing .

We had a westbend that is 25 years old, perfect, except a cracked lid, I looked everywhere, no luck.

Ended up buying a new one (Not as good as the old one)….

Answer:

Warm – 155 – 170 degrees Fahrenheit

LO – 175 – 185 degrees Fahrenheit

HI – 200 – 212 degrees Fahrenheit
